Romanian cigarette warnings

 In May, 2007, Romania's Ministry of Public Health (MINISTERUL SĂNĂTĂŢII PUBLICE) filed a regulation with the European which outlined requirements for tobacco companies to place health warning messages on cigarette packages as of July 1, 2008. 

There appears to have been a delay with the regulation of June 15, 2004, which originally forecast implementation of the warnings in 2005.
