The European Union's cigarette warnings 

 The European Union requires that cigarette packages display one of 14 warnings.  They have provided 42 illustrated warnings that can be used by their member states.

Belgium and the United Kingdom are the only European countries to have yet used this EU directive to require graphic warning labels.  (see details on Belgium's regulations here)
