Master Settlement Agreement
| In March 2004, a Mohawk cigarette manufacturer, Grand River
Enterprises (GRE), filed a claim under Chapter 11 of the North
American Free Trade Agreement. An arbitration tribunal rendered a final decision on the case in January 2011, rejecting the claim. Documents related to the case can be found on the web-site of the U.S. State Department. |
